[在家吃] 醉雞


自從在葛蘿掛保證 單元裡看到這道紹興冰釀醉雞

我就一直想動手試試看

因此~

在某天去採買了去骨雞腿,和紹興酒一瓶

其他枸杞和紅棗,薑都是家裡冰箱的常備品

就按照著食譜動手作囉!





這就是我做好的成品





我也盡量切到很薄很薄~





這樣看起來還不錯吧~





當天的晚餐菜色如上

紅蘿蔔炒蛋(紅蘿蔔和蛋也是冰箱常備品)

培根炒銀芽(培根通常我也列為冰箱常備品)

醋釀涼拌海帶芽(海帶芽絕對是廚房常備品,不論煮湯,或作涼拌菜都是很讚的營養食品)

馬鈴薯燉肉(簡單好作又好吃的日本家常菜,煮好一鍋,可以配上兩餐沒問題,而且回鍋後味道更讚)

    而且還會忘記有煮..

    其實我會忘記的也是煮水ㄟ~
    煮飯是一種興趣拉~
    要我作家庭主婦天天煮...門兒都沒有喔!

    now: 82kg

    but when you saw me in manila i was about 85kg, so don't expect
    to see too much of a difference.

    and i'm pretty much done with losing weight. i don't want to
    lose anymore. but i still can't eat mcdonalds after 6pm,
    because then i'll go back to 88kg again. sometimes when i think
    that i cannot eat after 6pm again for the rest of my life, i
    want to cry.
